Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and wish to return or exchange something, you have 30 days from the date you receive your items.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of duvets, pillows and mattress protectors due to strict hygiene regulations.  We will only refund these products if they are faulty.


So that we can handle your return efficiently please:

1. Contact us first so that we know to expect your return
2. Post it back to us by recorded delivery (we will refund this to you if the product is faulty in any way or has been manufactured to a substandard quality) in the original, unused condition of sale
3. We will then refund or exchange your items for you

Any goods that are ordered specially for you cannot be returned once they have been ordered unless they are faulty in some way. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
